Welcome to our 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome! 

Just minutes to skiing and an easy walk to town. Welcome to our happy place! We love Park City and over the past 20 years we have spent dozens of amazing vacations here. It's the perfect mix of family fun and nightlife, with the best skiing and lightest powder on the planet. We are happy to share all of the things that make it the perfect vacation spot with you. 

Here's a short list: 

–Location Location, Location… resulting in low schlep factor. The Park City free bus stops literally at the base of our stairs, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. Of all the places we've stayed over the years, including some ski-in / ski-out, this is the easiest. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. Random tip: If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators. (approx. $50)

–Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 8 minutes walk from Main Street. Favorites are the No Name Saloon and The Spur (need to be over 21) and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Dolly’s Bookstore for families. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the Greyhawk. We’re almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

 –Great layout. There’s a spacious main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. We love to cook, hang and enjoy friends/family and this floor plan is perfect for that. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there’s plenty of privacy. Also, ours is an end unit, with lots of windows on three sides and a wrap around deck. 

–Private hot tub. Because, well, do we really need to elaborate? Take comfort in knowing that only you and your friends/family will be soothed in this tub–

-Relaxed vibe. The feeling you get when you walk into #26 Greyhawk is unmistakably welcoming. It's a happy place. –Brand new sinks and vanities in each full bathroom. Because everyone needs a place for their toiletry bag. 

–Awesome water pressure. After a long day of skiing and a deep soak in the hot tub, there's nothing better than a good, strong shower. 

-Most importantly, we hired an amazing local management company, Park City Host, to make sure our guests are totally cared for. Most places will make you pick up your keys from a random location, or enter a code into a lock box if you arrive late. Our management team will meet you at the condo no matter what time it is, and make sure you're set up and comfortable. If you need help with anything from maid service to medical recommendations, there's someone local you can call 24/7. Vacation time is precious. We're all about making sure you enjoy it to the fullest!
