Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located near Deer Valley Resort. This spacious getaway offers a range of amenities including a private hot tub, gourmet kitchen, sleeping loft, and stylish furnishings throughout. With the convenience of being just half a mile from the resort base, you’ll have easy access to the slopes for a fun-filled day of skiing. If you’re looking for dining, shopping, and entertainment options, Main Street is just a short distance away. Additionally, a complimentary mountain shuttle is available, with a stop just 300′ from your door.
The bedroom layout is designed for supreme comfort and relaxation. The master suite features a stately king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second suite offers a king bed, a 36″ flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination. The third suite is equipped with another king bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. For additional sleeping arrangements, the third-floor loft includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Please note that the headroom in the upper bunks is limited. Relax in the living area, which features soaring vaulted ceilings, a sleeper sofa, and two armchairs. Enjoy the warm ambiance of the wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) while watching your favorite shows on the 55″ TV with cable. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for preparing hearty meals. The island bar with seating for two is a great place to enjoy a quick snack or drink. Gather around the dining table for six for mealtime. This three-story condo comfortably sleeps six guests between the three suites, loft, and queen-size sleeper sofa.
Take in the fresh mountain air on the front porch, furnished with two cushioned armchairs. In the evenings, you can grill steaks and veggies on the gas grill located on the back porch. And after a long day on the slopes, unwind in your private outdoor hot tub, the ideal spot for après ski relaxation.
