Relax from beach adventures in this quiet home built in the autumn of 2022. This sunny retreat is conveniently located 0.3 of a mile from Laguna Beach and only minutes from 30A fine dining and stores.
Set inside and cool off in the central air-conditioning, taking in all of the modern decor on the clean white walls. The open-concept living area creates an open and airy atmosphere. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room outfitted with comfortable seating - it's directly connected to the swanky full kitchen, set up with both upscale appliances and a generous prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchenware and cookware needed to prepare delicious treats as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the designated dining area, or take them outside to the private yard, equipped with patio furniture. There are some yard games provided so you can spend entertaining evenings outside as well! These include a cornhole and a Connect 4 game! When your evenings come to a close, choose from one of the many bedrooms for a blissful rest. As an added benefit, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two full futons are stored in the primary closet, giving your guests numerous options for the night.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
