Welcome to paradise! This unit is located on the ground floor allowing quick access to the beach. The Master offers a king-size bed. The kids will love the double bunk beds recessed in the hallway. Comfortable queen sleeper sofa.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis for our long term guests per complex rules and there will be an additional non refundable fee of minimum $175 that must be pre approved. ***If pets are brought in without prior approval $300 min will be charged.***

Full access to the complex including swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, in a gated quiet community.
One Master Suite with a king size bed, hallway bunks for two, and a plush sleeper sofa.
Come enjoy and relax in a family friendly environment.
Guest access
Guests will need to purchase armbands at the security office for the beach, pool access, and parking plaque. Bands are $25 per person paid directly to complex.
All condos come with 2 parking spaces. These tags are administered through the complex at $25
