Proximity. This desirable condo is strategically located between the Park City Resort base and Park Avenue. Rather your vacation is centered around winter or summer activities, or the nightlife of Main Street—or both—Empire House 1B offers easy access. Everything is walkable and the free transit system stops less than 100 yards from the front door.

Quietude and privacy are additional benefits of this southeast-facing unit. You won’t be able to hear the resort snowmaking operations or late-night snowplowing of the resort parking areas. The unit has plenty of sunlight but the mature trees surrounding the building reduce the summer heat. It really is difficult to find a more purposefully selected condo. The owners are Park City locals of over 30 years and they know the charm and practicality of this condo as the perfect base for your mountain vacation.

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus can take you anywhere you need to go, within minutes, or you can take an easy walk to the Fresh Market grocery store, the State Liquor store, all the restaurants and shopping on Main Street, and don’t forget, the resort is literally across the street. A six-minute walk in ski boots brings you access to five different ski lifts. If you do decide you need a car, the unit has a covered and heated parking space. The Deer Valley ski resort is a 15-minute bus ride away and the Canyons base is ten. 

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
This spacious one-bedroom condo has sleeping arrangements for six adults. The beds are as follows: a King bed in the master, a queen Murphy bed beside the kitchen, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The shower is in the master bathroom and there is a half bath beside the kitchen (see pics or call the host for additional details). This allows flexible sleeping arrangements without the extra cost of a 2-bedroom rental.

The unit has a full-size washer and dryer, a fireplace for drying out your gear, and everything you’ll need in a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a mudroom for all your winter or summer sports gear. This one-bedroom condo is really spacious!

Arrival notes; if you’re getting dropped off, have your driver pull onto 14th Street and unload in front of the garage door, 1B is up the stairs to the right.
